Glyph or Iconographic Image Description: 

This combined simplex glyph and notation produces the date Ten Flint Knife (Matlactli Tecpatl). It is contained in a black-line box (barely visible here). The combination is painted over with a turquoise blue. The flint knife is a leaf shape (pointed oval), and it has a diagonal line cutting across it (leaning left). The ten ones are arranged in two groups of five (5 + 5 = 10). One group of five ones runs horizontally inside the top of the box, from the left corner. The other group runs vertically inside the right side of the box.
