Glyph or Iconographic Image Description: 

This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Tecolotl (“Great Horned Owl”) is attested here as a man’s name. The glyph shows a frontal view of the head of an owl (tecolotl). Its eyes are large empty circles. It has two squared-off protrusions on the top of its head. At the center of the top of its head appears to be the top of an arrow.
