Telpo (MH634v)
This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Telpo (perhaps "Young Man") is attested here as a man's name, even though it sounds somewhat like a descriptor. The glyph shows a man's head in profile, looking toward the viewer's right. The upper body seems to be covered with a type of garment that may reflect his age, or perhaps what a page would wear, but it requires further investigation. Another possibility is that what appears to be a garment is a half stone (tetl), playing a phonetic role for the start of the name.
