Zaoc (MH870v)
This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Zaoc (“Still” or “Even Now”) is attested here as a man’s name. The glyph shows a frontal view of a ceramic jug with three visible handles and foam or bubbles on the top. This is a phonetic indicator for the -oc part of the name, as it is referencing pulque (octli) but not meaning it in any literal way.
