Tozan (MH642r)
This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Tozan ("Gopher") is attested here as pertaining to a man. It shows a gopher in profile, facing toward the viewer's right. It is sitting in an upright position. The animal has his visible eye open. Protruding from his mouth is a huge fang. His right paw shows very long claws--presumably for more effective digging.
