Cuetlach (MH901r)
This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Cuetlach (“Wolf”) is attested here as a man’s name. The glyph shows the head of a wolf in profile, facing right. Notable in the iconography of the wolf (cuetlachtli) are the curling aspects of the coat below the animal’s throat. The hair on its face is also somewhat mottled.
