mitl (MH521r)

Glyph or Iconographic Image Description: 

This black-line drawing of the element mitl (arrow) has been carved from the compound personal name glyph, Quetzalmitl (see below). This arrow or dart is vertical with the tip down. Besides the point there are two barbs and, at the top, appears to be a vertical wing feather, perhaps from an eagle, given how different it is from the green quetzal feathers, and maybe one down feather (small and round).
