Glyph or Iconographic Image Description: 

This element of a ritual garment that is made with eagle feathers (the quemitl, or more specifically, the cuauhquemitl) has been carved from the compound sign for the place name, Cuauhquemecan. The ritual "bib" as come call it, apparently ties around the neck and hangs down the chest. The red tie that is visible might be red leather.
