Temol (MH639r)
This black-line drawing of the compound glyph for the personal name Temol ("Black Beetle") shows an upright stone with a curling top and diagonal stripes across its upper half. The lack of curling at the lower end to the stone, which is just rounded off, may be owing to an effort to have the stone double as a beetle.
Stephanie Wood
The stone provides a phonetic indicator for the start of the name (Te-).
