This compound glyph of the personal name Tepech has a foundation (tepechtli) wall underpinned with two stones (tetl). The black line drawing of the foundation consists of two rows of alternating horizontal blocks. The two stones are drawn with curling ends and diagonal stripes.

Added Analysis: 

The stones (tetl) are there to provide the phonetic start to the word tepechtli, which also ensures that reading versus something like wall at the top of a building (which would be tenantli). Thus, we consider this compound to have two elements, and the phonetic tetl is where the reading begins and then goes upward. The Codex Mendoza has a glyph for tepechtli that shows a foot standing on the foundation, seemingly also meant to distinguish it from a higher wall.
