This element for a type of projectile, such as an arrow or spear (tlacochtli), has been carved from the title Tlacochtecuhtli. It is a vertical arrow, yellow in its shaft (which is apparently made from the acatl plant) and decorated with a gray-purple feather (probably from an eagle's wing) and a white down feather.
