This is a simplex glyph of a heart (yollotl). The heart is red and yellow. It is ragged or curling at the top. The yellow part is a wavy, horizontal yellow band across the middle. The rest is red.

This yollotl glyph is much more in the pre-contact style than, for example, the heart glyph for the personal name Yollo. It has a similar coloring to the other internal organ, teltapach (liver). See below for some comparisons.
