Added Analysis:

The second part of this person's name (-nahuatl) could literally refer to a pleasant sound or to language, given how the contextualizing image shows the small square emerging from the person's mouth. Or, the gloss may really intend -nahuac, which would mean nearby. The small agricultural plot that was called a milpa in Spanish was ubiquitous and close to most Indigenous people's homes.
