tecpatl (TR3v)
This red and white painting is a simplex glyph of the noun, tecpatl (flint knife). Although we do not have a Nahuatl gloss confirming our label, the Spanish does confirm that this is a "knife," and we have many examples in this digital collection that support the tecpatl reading.
