Glyph or Iconographic Image Description:

This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name or ethnic label, Chololtecatl ("One from Cholollan," or Cholula today), is attested as a man's name or label. It shows a human leg in profile, with the foot pointing toward the viewer's right. The leg reaches from the toes up to just above the knee, which is bent. The implication is that the person is about to jump or flee (and the verb with this meaning is choloa).

Added Analysis:

The Codex Mendoza glyph for choloa, to jump or flee, involves a partial deer leg with paw. But at least one other shows a human leg, and sometimes footprints will represent the root (chol-). See these examples, below.

This man from Cholula, according to the gloss, worked as a "texinqui," a sculptor, barber, or woodcutter.
