ilhuitl (Osu14v)
This simplex glyph for a day (ilhuitl) comes from the Codex Osuna, folio 14 verso (or Image 31). It is a circle with a pinwheel effect inside, surrounding a smaller circle with a dot at the center. Around the perimeter of the largest circle are four more, fairly evenly placed, small circles, two red and two blue or green. These perimeter circles also have a dot in the center. The pinwheel part inside the larger circle is multicolored, red, turquoise or green, and white.
