This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Cuatepatlach (perhaps “Wide Head”) is attested here as a man’s name. The glyph shows the face of what may be a man, shown in profile, looking toward the viewer’s right. Perhaps his head is wider than normal, hence the reference to Cuatepatlach (wide-headed).
