This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Cihuacuecuenotl (“Woman-Pride,” attested here as a man’s name) shows a profile view of a head of a woman. Her hair is shown twisted up with the tips above her forehead. He visible eye is apparently closed. The second part of the man's name (-cuecuenotl), Pride, is apparently not shown visibly.
