The glyph shows a profile view of what looks like a dog’s head, facing toward the viewer’s right. It has a long snout and a bulbous nose. It seems to reference the xoloitzcuintli dog in order to point to the ancestor or deity, Xolotl. The possessive -hua suffix is not shown visually.
