Tlacochin (MH519v)
This simplex glyph for the personal name Tlacochin (perhaps "Spear") is an upright bundle of spears that are tied with a rope or cord in the middle. Rare for this manuscript, which has primarily black-line drawings of glyphs, the bundle is painted yellow. Perhaps this is an indication of their preciosity, but it also suggests that the spears are made from acatl reeds (carrizo, in Spanish).
