Chichimecatl (MH784v)
This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal/ethnic name Chichimecatl (referring to someone from the Chichimeca region and culture group) is attested here as a man's name. The glyph is a bow and arrow, pointing toward the viewer's right. The arrow point has two barbs.
Stephanie Wood
the bow and arrow is practically a Chichimec signature. In the other examples, below, another recurring feature identified with Chichimecss is the face paint (or tattooing?) involving criss-crossing lines across the cheek.
