Tzintlapac (MH679r)
This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Tzintlapac (perhaps “Washed Bottom”) is attested here as a man’s name. The glyph shows the rear end (tzintli) of a man in profile, facing toward the viewer’s right. Black markings draw attention to what may intend to be the anus, perhaps the site of the washing (tlapaca) clarified by the gloss.
