tototl (Mdz13r)
This element for the noun tototl has been carved from the compound sign for the place name, Tototepec. The tototl is painted a two-tone green. Its eye and beak are yellow. Its legs are white and its feet are green. It stands in profile looking to the viewer's left. The one wing that is visible is raised, as though about to take flight.
