Glyph or Iconographic Image Description:

This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Cuixtli ("Small Bird of Prey," attested here as a man's name) shows a profile of a bird's head, looking toward the viewer's right. Its hooked beak is open, as is its eye. The feathers on its head are textured, and the feathers on its neck are spiky and somwhat darker.

Added Analysis:

"Kite" is the name of the cuixtli in English, but it is a small bird of prey, and could possibly represent a different raptor.
