Teixconemi (MH615v)
This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Teixconemi (perhaps "He is Disrespectful" or "He Confronts People) is attested here as a man's name. It shows a human eye (ixtli) looking to the viewer's right. A hand below the eye and somewhat to the left has an index finger that points directly to the eye. The eye seems to provide a phonetic indicator for the -ix- in the middle of this name.

This name could suggest haughty behavior. The expression tēīxco tēicpac ninemi, to be rude and disrespectful, literally describes someone going about in front of and above other people.
