Tocihuitl (MH627v)
Tocihuitl (MH627v)
This black-line drawing of the simplex glyph for the personal name Tocihuitl ("Yellow Feather") is attested here as a man's name. It shows a vertical feather. Perhaps it would be yellow (for the toztli bird) if the scribe were coloring these glyphs. But most are in black and white.
